Rotary Leadership Institute (R.L.I.) is the best training vehicle we currently have in Rotary, it creates the kind of engaged and motivated leaders that your club will need to move forward. It is no coincidence that our district is the #1 for membership growth in all of Zones 24 and 32 (that's 34 districts!), because we are one of the most active in R.L.I. and the leaders that are sponsoring new Rotary members are often RLI grads!
***BONUS: The Governor's Council has approved a 50% cost reduction for RLI this year! That means you get ALL 3 Sessions for only $127.50 (and most clubs re-imburse this)***
