New to this Year’s Market—‘Trunk Sales’

What's a 'Trunk Sale'? A Trunk Sale is a form of a market in which private individuals come together to sell household goods out of the “trunks” of their vehicles.  It’s like a big garage sale with households selling their gently used goods.  It is a great opportunity for those that don’t have space for a garage sale to sell off their unwanted stuff.  It’s also a great place to find tons of bargains!

How do I register to be a seller? Each seller receives one parking spot, enough space for your vehicle and for a table to display your items for sale.  To register for a spot, please contact Laurel Burnham at laburnham@shaw.ca.

When and Where are they Scheduled? Sunday of each long weekend on Main Street in downtown Summerland, July 3, July 31st, & September 4th, from 9 am to 1 pm. Arrival time for sellers is from 8:00 am – 8:30 am ONLY.  Take down is after 1 pm.
