Salvation Army Kettle Drive

The Summerland Rotary Club was on location at Canadian Tire in Penticton on Saturday, November 21st, raising funds for the Salvation Army. Thank you to volunteers Aart Dronkers, Michael Zang, Preston Mott, Kerry Mott and Don Gemmell who were part of this year's Kettle Drive. A total of $942.00 was raised! Thank you to Hilma Labelle from the Penticton Salvation Army, who organized the event.
The Salvation Army's annual Christmas Kettle Campaign is underway and organizers are still looking for volunteers. Shifts are generally two hours long. If you would like to volunteer, please e-mail Hilma at hiabelle@me.com.
